Megadanz utilizes salsa, hip-hop, jazz, and other dance
styles as well as weights and/or cardio for weight loss, fitness and muscle
conditioning.

Come participate in two exclusive Radical Fitness programs – X55 &
Fight Do. X55 uses body weight as its main form of resistance
as well as steps, hand weights and/or bands to increase training intensity. Fight Do combines boxing and martial arts and uses dynamic, exciting choreography
options.
Plus, we’ll have a lucky draw with prizes that include 1-month
memberships, exclusive bags and other premiums. And don’t forget to take our free
one-minute In-Body examinations (9.30 am - 5.30 pm) to discover your body composition, muscle-fat proportion, obesity level and more.
